Terms of cooperation

1. General Provisions

This agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between Finance Bridge Partners (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the person who accepts the Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "Trader"). The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms and conditions of the partnership, including the rights and responsibilities of both parties. This Agreement shall govern the cooperation and mutual support between the Company and the Partner in achieving common business objectives.

2. Interaction of the Parties

2.1 The parties agree to cooperate in good faith and work collaboratively towards the common goals set forth in this Agreement.

2.2 The Company and the Partner shall maintain open and transparent communication, sharing relevant information and updates to ensure the success of the partnership.

2.3 The parties shall hold regular meetings to discuss progress, address any issues, and plan future activities.

3. The Partner’s Rights and Responsibilities

3.1. The Partner has the right to access necessary resources, information, and support provided by the Company to fulfill their obligations under this Agreement.

3.2. The Partner has the right to provide input and feedback on matters related to the partnership and its activities.

3.3. The Partner shall adhere to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and act in the best interests of the partnership.

3.4. The Partner shall actively participate in agreed-upon activities and contribute to the achievement of partnership goals.

3.5. The Partner shall maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information received from the Company and use it solely for the purposes of the partnership.

4. The Company’s Rights and Responsibilities

4.1. The Company has the right to monitor the Partner’s performance and compliance with the terms of this Agreement.

4.2. The Company has the right to provide guidelines, support, and resources to ensure the Partner’s success in their role.

4.3. The Company shall provide the necessary resources, information, and support to assist the Partner in fulfilling their obligations.

4.4 The Company shall communicate regularly with the Partner, providing updates, feedback, and guidance as needed.

4.5.The Company shall respect the Partner’s input and consider it in decision-making processes related to the partnership.

5. Settlement Procedure

5.1 The Company facilitates connections between traders, IB partners and financial brokers but does not handle any commission or payment transactions directly.

5.2 All partners will receive their commissions solely from the financial brokers they are connected with, as per the agreements made between the partners and the brokers.

5.3 The Company shall not be responsible for any financial settlements, payments, or disputes related to commissions or fees between partners and financial brokers.

5.4 Partners are advised to thoroughly understand and agree to the terms set forth by the financial brokers regarding commissions and payments before entering into any agreements.

6. Claims and Disputes

6.1 Any claims or disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved amicably through negotiation between the parties.

6.2 As the Company does not handle financial settlements or payments between partners and financial brokers, any disputes related to commissions or payments must be resolved directly between the Partner and the financial broker involved.

6.3 If a dispute between the Company and the Partner cannot be resolved through negotiation, the matter may be referred to mediation or arbitration, as mutually agreed by the parties.

6.4 The decision of the mediator or arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties involved in the dispute.

7. Final Provisions

7.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

7.2 The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.

Clients must confirm that they are not politically exposed persons (PEPs). A PEP is an individual who holds a prominent public position or has been entrusted with a high-profile role by a government or international organization, including close associates and immediate family members.
